Mining industry contractor education sessions
The Lead Change Respect team, with delivered gender-based violence and psychosocial health Dr Dean Laplonge, a series of psychosocial engagement sessions for mining industry contractors and sub-contractors across Western Australia in 2024.
The sessions were designed to foster awareness, promote best practice strategies, discuss the new WA WorkSafe legislation, discuss proactive measures to prevent misconduct, and determine the resources and strategies contractors require to address psychosocial issues.
