Lead Change Respect
Lead Change Respect delivers free education, engagement, and training resources to help PCBUs ( person conducting business or undertaking) build and improve psychosocial safety across mining and related industries in Western Australia.
Strategies
Throughout 2024, we delivered a range of strategies to:
- better understand psychosocial hazards and risks across the industry through research and consultation
- form a clear vision and action plan to support a culture of psychosocial health and wellbeing
- shape how we build a more comprehensive safety culture through driving change at the system and organisational level.
Resources for PCBUs
The findings and resources developed from these strategies are now available for all PCBUs to use to build and improve psychosocial safety within their workplaces.
